Fancy Scrubs Return Policy:

We accept returns on products which have not been washed, worn, soiled or damaged. Please email us at info@fancyscrubs.com so we can let you know which address to send returns to as we have several different suppliers.

Returns must be received NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS after date of shipment.  A copy of the original receipt must be enclosed with the returns.

Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Contact us for details as different suppliers have different methods of returns - some have forms to be filled out and others must have pre-authorization numbers that we will provide to you along with the proper shipping address.

Our Polyurethane Klogs from Klogs USA do have a Full 1 Year Guarantee and must be accompanied by original sales receipt when returned.
There is a $5.00 per Klog fee on returns that are not being exchanged for another size. | Cherokee Scrubs have a 25% re-stock fee.
