• How do I place an order? You can place your order online.

• Can I call an order in? Yes, you may call us direct at 401-527-9235 or 401-527-9234 6AM-9PM Eastern Standard time.

• How do I pay for an order? You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. You may send a check but the order will not be placed until it is received.

• How long before I receive my order? Most orders will be received within 3-7 business days. (Depends on area of country you reside in)

• Overnight - Can we offer overnight shipping? In some cases yes, please call us to check - some brands may be able to and others not.

• How much is shipping? All orders under $59.00 are at flat rate of $8.99 - All orders $89.00 and over ship for FREE!

• Are all items in stock? Sometimes the items may be on back order and we will notify you within 24 hours of that. We do our best to have out of stocks posted on website but some items sell out faster than we can post.

• Sizing - All scrub brands have different size charts at the bottom or side of the brand page. We are starting to add them to products as well for your convenience. If products do not say unisex or mens then they are ladies sizing.

• How can I return an item? Contact us at info@fancyscrubs.com and we will let you know where to send your items to as we deal with many different suppliers.

• How are refunds handled? If you return an item we will refund you once the return is complete. There is a $5 re-stock fee on all Klogs and a 20% re-stock fee on all Cherokee scrubs.

• Do you offer gift cards? Yes. We do offer gift cards and they can be redeemed online. We would send it out via email with a code.

• Do you offer embroidery? Yes, we do! You can have single items embroidered on our Gelscrub selection, Vestex selection and Trend selection. All others would need a group order to qualify for embroidery. See individual pages for pricing on the embroidery. Most take 5-10 business days to be shipped out.
